Under the Weather at the Jauberry House

Whew! The past six days were the most fun ever at the jauberry house. (Can you hear the sarcasm?) Our almost week of fun started on Thursday when Oscar got a stomach bug and threw up all night. yay! Then Chris started to feel bad on Sunday night and by Monday morning by whole body ached. Great! We thought we were going to be in for the worst week of our lives with the flu. We stayed in bed all day (Chris even let me watch Audrey Hepburn's bio on the Biography channel) and were feeling near death by Monday night. We started to worry if we got the flu bad enough we might not make our flight on Sunday and have to cancel our vacation. Luckily on Tuesday we were feeling slightly better, but thought we better stay home because you always exhaust yourself and then end up worse than ever. By this morning though, everyone at the jauberry house is feeling much better. Thank you to everyone for their well wishes and prayers.
